Responsibilities
- Architect Autonomous Agents: Design and deploy self-learning AI agents capable of complex reasoning and autonomous decision-making.
- Future-Proof Roadmap: Define the technical vision and architectural strategy for our 2026 product suite, focusing on Agentic AI and Multi-Modal models.
- System Optimization: Oversee the integration of LLMs with edge devices to ensure low-latency, high-throughput performance in real-time environments.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Ethical AI: Establish governance frameworks to ensure AI safety, bias mitigation, and compliance with emerging regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow. Experience with LangChain or similar agent frameworks is required.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and mentoring junior developers.
