Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for 2026-era AI governance frameworks and ethical AI deployment
- Architect quantum-resistant security protocols for next-gen digital infrastructure

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry impact
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum computing
- Expertise in federated learning, blockchain consensus algorithms, and neural interfaces
- Experience securing federal grants (SBIR, I-Corps) for moonshot technologies
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Portfolio of deployed systems processing >10M transactions/sec
- Certified in NIST AI Risk Management Framework and ISO 21434
