Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate the long-term 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with company vision.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive threats.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align engineering, product, and business units on future initiatives.
- Prioritize innovation projects based on ROI potential and strategic impact.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, investors, and industry thought leaders.
- Evaluate and recommend adoption of disruptive technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing) for internal use.
- Communicate complex strategic concepts to executive leadership and the broader organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or technology consulting.
- Proven track record of leading high-level strategy initiatives and delivering measurable results.
- Deep understanding of future technology trends, specifically in Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into compelling narratives.
- Strong leadership presence and exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
