Responsibilities
- Forecast technological, economic, and societal trends through 2026 using advanced data analytics
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients navigating disruptive transformations
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for autonomous systems, quantum computing, and AI ethics
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for organizations preparing for 2026 workforce disruptions
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify emerging startups and technologies
- Mentor junior futurists in foresight methodologies and strategic storytelling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Proven track record of implementing future-ready solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent preferred
