- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers, researchers, and designers
- Secure $10M+ in research grants and strategic partnerships with NASA, DOE, and Fortune 100 firms
- Develop patent-pending systems for carbon-negative energy networks
- Present breakthrough innovations at global summits including Davos and TED
- Mentor next-gen talent through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
- Drive adoption of 2026 technologies across 3+ industry verticals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics from Tier 1 institution
- 10+ years leading R&D initiatives with $50M+ budgets
- Published 20+ peer-reviewed papers in Nature/Science journals
- Proven track record of launching 3+ commercialized AI systems
- Expertise in federated learning, neuromorphic computing, and climate tech
- Active member of IEEE, ACM, or World Economic Forum tech councils
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
