Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-enhanced machine learning algorithms for 2026-era applications
- Lead research initiatives in quantum neural networks and hybrid AI-quantum systems
- Develop novel approaches to quantum-resistant cryptography and secure AI deployment
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize AI models for quantum processors
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals/conferences (Nature, NeurIPS, etc.)
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum-AI integration methodologies
- Translate theoretical research into patentable commercial applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics with 5+ years research experience
- Published work in quantum machine learning or quantum neural networks
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of developing novel AI architectures with 10+ citations
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and error correction
- Experience with high-performance computing clusters and distributed quantum systems
- Demonstrated ability to secure $1M+ in research funding or industry partnerships
