Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology impact scenarios using trend analysis and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops mapping emerging tech to market opportunities

- Design strategic roadblocks for ethical implementation of disruptive innovations
- Partner with product teams to embed 2026-ready features in current development cycles
- Present foresight findings to C-suite and external innovation councils
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or digital transformation
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience translating complex futures into actionable business strategies
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Technology Assessment, or related field
