Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026 market shifts across AI, biotech, and quantum computing sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-state roadmaps with C-suite executives
- Analyze global megatrends to identify disruptive opportunities and systemic risks
- Author thought leadership reports published in Harvard Business Review and Wired
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technologies like neural interfaces and climate AI
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2030 challenges
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our Future Leaders Academy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published portfolio of trend analysis or scenario planning projects
- Deep expertise in at least two of: climate tech, neurotech, or decentralized systems
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Delphi Method)
- Experience facilitating executive workshops with Fortune 100 clients
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin (for global stakeholder engagement)
