Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for long-term strategic resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-vision into product roadmaps
- Author visionary whitepapers and thought leadership on 2026 industry trajectories
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for anticipated future market needs
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across organizational functions
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven experience developing multi-year scenario-planning models
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with data-driven narrative capabilities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-vision projects for 2025+ horizons
