Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year strategic roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence systems

- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment in healthcare
- Coordinate with international consortia on sustainable tech standards
- Present visionary blueprints to UN Technology Innovation Boards
- Manage $2M+ annual R&D budget for speculative research initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Futurology, or Systems Engineering
- 10+ years leading R&D in exponential tech sectors
- Published work in Nature/Science on emerging technology impacts
- Expertise in AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proven track record of scaling pre-commercial technologies
- Certification in Advanced Futures Methodologies (AFM)
- Security clearance for international tech collaboration projects
