Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and bio-innovation
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech leaders
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 5-10 year impact
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Drive innovation through our 'Future Incubator' program
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic (for global stakeholder engagement)
