- Drive strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to co-create next-generation solutions
- Establish innovation governance frameworks balancing rapid prototyping with enterprise-grade security standards
- Mentor a diverse team of technologists while fostering a culture of experimental learning and calculated risk-taking
- Present technology roadmaps to investors and board members, translating complex concepts into actionable business strategies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with proven experience in future-gazing and strategic innovation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent demonstrable expertise)
- Portfolio showcasing successful implementation of emerging tech solutions at enterprise scale
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AR/VR)
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry white papers
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
