Responsibilities
- Architect and implement forward-looking technology roadmaps for 2026+ capabilities
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and AI ethics
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business objectives
- Manage innovation pipelines from ideation to prototyping and market deployment
- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor emerging talent in emerging technology domains
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum systems, advanced AI, biotech integration, or sustainable tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $5M annually
- Fluency in English with additional language proficiency preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful futuristic technology implementations
