Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 Global Technology Strategy Roadmap, aligning with UN SDGs and national innovation priorities
- Lead cross-functional task forces to prototype and validate next-gen solutions (quantum applications, AGI frameworks, climate tech)
- Chair the annual 'FutureTech Summit' convening 500+ global stakeholders to establish industry standards for 2026
- Oversee the 'Horiont Labs' incubator funding 50+ moonshot projects annually with $50M+ budget
- Author the '2026 Tech Impact Report' presented to G20 nations and Fortune 100 boards
- Direct the 'Ethics by Design' initiative ensuring all innovations prioritize human wellbeing
- Build strategic partnerships with NASA, CERN, and MIT Media Lab to accelerate breakthrough timelines
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 15+ years of executive tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching category-defining technologies (3+ billion-dollar innovations)
- Expertise in emerging domains: quantum computing, AGI governance, climate tech, or neurotech
- Published author in Nature/Science with 50+ citations in future technology research
- Deep policy experience with OECD, WEF, or equivalent international tech governance bodies
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Previous experience scaling R&D teams to 500+ engineers across 5+ continents
- Hold 15+ patents in transformative technologies with 2+ Nobel nominations
