Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Lead the strategic integration of Generative AI and Machine Learning into core business processes.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure budget and resources for high-impact digital projects.
- Conduct market research to identify disruptive technologies that could reshape our industry.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern cloud architectures.
- Establish a framework for ethical AI implementation and data governance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Architecture.
- Proven track record of leading AI and automation initiatives in a scalable environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid infrastructure.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 50+ engineers and data scientists.
