Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for 2026, aligning innovation with business goals.
- Research, prototype, and validate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, Web3).
- Lead architectural reviews to ensure scalability, security, and future-proofing of our systems.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Establish governance frameworks for adopting new technologies and managing technical debt.
- Drive the adoption of DevOps and CI/CD practices to accelerate deployment cycles.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or technical architecture.
- Strong background in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Demonstrated experience in leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Big Data technologies.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on the future.
- Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
