- Architect quantum-resistant infrastructure and AI governance frameworks for 2026 deployment
- Lead R&D initiatives in neuromorphic computing and decentralized autonomous systems

- Develop ethical AI protocols aligned with evolving 2026 regulatory landscapes

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Quantum Physics with 8+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on AI ethics or quantum algorithms
- Proven track record scaling quantum-resistant systems (post-quantum cryptography)
- Expertise in federated learning and differential privacy frameworks
- Experience securing federal grants for next-gen technology initiatives
- Deep understanding of ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and IEEE 7000 standards
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Portfolio of deployed solutions in at least two emerging tech domains
