Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-era technologies including quantum-resistant cryptography and neuro-adaptive AI systems
- Architect long-term innovation roadmaps aligning with UN Sustainable Development Goals for 2030
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through federal grants and strategic partnerships
- Oversee commercialization of at least 3 breakthrough technologies by 2026
- Mentor next-gen engineers through our Future Leaders Academy
- Represent company at global tech summits including Davos and Web Summit
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record leading teams that commercialized emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or climate tech
- Strong network with venture capital and government innovation agencies
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience securing SBIR/STTR grants or similar public funding
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
