Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field (10+ years industry experience)
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in quantum computing frameworks and AI ethics frameworks
- Experience securing SBIR/STTR grants and venture capital funding
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations
