Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026-2030 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) and assess commercial viability
- Lead strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present visionary insights to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Drive R&D investments in next-gen technology verticals
- Mentor technology innovation teams on future-focused methodologies
- Author thought leadership publications and industry white papers
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurist or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech convergence
- Credibility with industry analysts and tech ecosystem influencers
- Executive experience in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFS) preferred
