Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints on quantum applications and neural interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (Web4, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Develop ethical frameworks for next-gen AI deployment and autonomous systems
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with academic institutions on DARPA/NASA-level research initiatives
- Drive patent strategy for emerging IP in quantum-resistant cryptography
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology roles with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, bio-AI, Web3)
- Published thought leadership on future tech scenarios (IEEE, ACM, or similar)
- Experience securing $50M+ R&D budgets for experimental projects
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Clearance for government-contracted innovation projects preferred
- Portfolio of implemented 2020s-era tech predictions
