Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead pilot programs for emerging technologies including quantum computing, neural interfaces, and AI ethics frameworks
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions with measurable ROI
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation budgets and resource allocation across experimental initiatives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
- Document and disseminate future technology insights through white papers and internal workshops
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy or emerging tech implementation
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation projects
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, biotech integration, or autonomous systems
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience with budget management exceeding $5M
