Responsibilities
- Develop 3-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 UN SDG targets and market disruption forecasts
- Lead quantum-AI hybrid system integrations for autonomous logistics and personalized medicine
- Architect carbon-negative data infrastructure supporting 10M+ IoT edge devices
- Establish strategic partnerships with DARPA, CERN, and MIT Media Lab
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in neuro-symbolic AI and biodegradable electronics
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through technology impact assessments
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or equivalent with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Published research in Nature/Science on post-quantum cryptography or neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record scaling AI infrastructure serving >1M concurrent users
- Deep expertise in climate-tech frameworks (SBTi, TCFD)
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) for frontier tech
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit simulation
