Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps for enterprise clients across healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead quantum computing and AI innovation initiatives in our Austin R&D facility
- Partner with C-suite executives to align emerging tech investments with long-term business objectives
- Present strategic technology forecasts at global industry forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor a team of 15+ futurists and engineers in cutting-edge prototyping and implementation
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget for experimental technology projects
- Author white papers and patents on breakthrough technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 12+ years of experience
- Proven track record of launching at least two enterprise-scale future-tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, and climate tech convergence
- Published author in top-tier technology journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Experience securing federal/state grants for advanced research projects
- Exceptional public speaking skills with TED-level presentation experience
- Certified in emerging technology frameworks (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
