- Present quarterly innovation briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable development practices
- Manage $15M+ annual R&D budget with ROI-focused allocation strategies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism/innovation leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics (IEEE/ACM preferred)
- Proven track record of launching 5+ industry-shaping technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology adoption lifecycle management
- Deep understanding of Web3, climate tech, and neuro-interface systems
