- Establish partnerships with top-tier research institutions and startups

Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- 10+ years in technology strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn companies
- Published research in AI ethics, quantum applications, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough innovations
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
