- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-ready strategies into organizational DNA
- Author thought leadership reports on technological disruptions impacting global industries
- Design and implement innovation labs to prototype 2026-centric solutions
- Drive sustainability initiatives through circular tech adoption and green innovation frameworks
- Mentor talent in futurism methodologies and exponential thinking principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership within Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends with 85%+ accuracy (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum, AGI, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent strategic foresight methodology (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Published author or keynote speaker on technology's societal impact
- Experience leading cross-geographic R&D teams with $10M+ budgets
- Mastery of scenario planning tools and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
