Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry disruption forecasts
- Lead quantum computing and AI integration projects to solve complex business challenges
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (biotech, nanotech, Web3.0) for competitive advantage
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions with 50+ R&D engineers
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive sustainable tech initiatives achieving 40% carbon reduction targets by 2026
- Mentor innovation teams in agile methodologies for rapid prototyping
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record implementing quantum/AI solutions at scale (Fortune 500 preferred)
- Deep expertise in future forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Technology Review
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Strong network with DARPA, IEEE Future Directions, and World Economic Forum tech councils
- Experience leading teams of 15+ technologists across three continents
