Responsibilities
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and carbon-negative AI systems
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with UN SDGs and industry disruption forecasts
- Partner with VCs to identify and incubate 2026-era startup opportunities
- Create frameworks for ethical AI deployment and digital sovereignty solutions
- Present futuristic visions at global tech summits and policy forums
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging technology methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- 5+ years in emerging tech R&D with portfolio of 2026-predictive projects
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum AI or sustainable computing
- Deep expertise in blockchain, metamaterials, or synthetic biology
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems
- Certification in Global Futures & Foresight methodologies
