Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with post-2025 market predictions
- Lead quantum computing and neuromorphic computing integration projects
- Develop ethical frameworks for AGI and autonomous system deployment
- Collaborate with NASA and DARPA on space-age terrestrial applications
- Conduct horizon scanning for paradigm-shifting innovations
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget for prototyping initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with 10+ years experience
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature/Science/IEEE) on future tech
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum AI, biocomputing, or decentralized networks
- Track record of scaling innovations from lab to market
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Experience securing government grants for futuristic R&D
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercially deployed future-tech solutions
