- Architect and execute long-term technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing disruptive solutions for quantum computing, AI ethics, and metaverse integration
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, biocomputing, neural interfaces) to identify strategic opportunities
- Present futuristic visions to C-suite executives and key industry stakeholders
- Drive innovation through rapid prototyping and pilot programs in our R&D incubator
- Mentor junior talent in strategic foresight methodologies and emerging technologies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and global tech consortiums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products in AI, blockchain, or spatial computing
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Futurology, or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature Futures, or similar journals
- Experience with agile development in regulated industries (healthcare, finance)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
