Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite to align technological innovation with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 2026+ impact potential
- Manage a $15M innovation budget and oversee patent strategy for breakthrough inventions
- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and technical architects
- Present strategic vision to investors and industry leaders at global tech summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or Future Studies with 8+ years of tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in launching at least three 7-figure R&D initiatives
- Expertise in generative AI, neuromorphic computing, or quantum machine learning
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (CFP) or equivalent
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Experience scaling tech teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Portfolio of patented technologies or commercialized innovations
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
