Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven track record in future-casting
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, generative AI, and decentralized systems
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals on emerging tech
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies preferred
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., MFMP) required
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three commercialized 2020s-era innovations
