Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, biotech, AR/VR) and forecast 2026 market impacts
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for product innovation pipelines

- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen interfaces and interaction models
- Author thought leadership reports on tech convergence and societal implications
- Advise executive team on future-proofing organizational capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or emerging tech analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning abilities
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
