Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futurism (with 10+ years applied experience)
- Published research in quantum computing, neural interfaces, or AI ethics
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations from concept to market
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
