- Mentor a team of 15+ researchers and engineers in emerging tech domains
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through grant proposals and partnerships
- Author industry-defining white papers on 2026 technology trends
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to market
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AGI development, or bioinformatics
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience securing $10M+ in government/private research funding
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or C++)
