- Architect scalable digital transformation roadmaps for enterprise adoption
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and security teams
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for next-gen technology implementation
- Mentor a 15-member innovation lab specializing in future-tech prototyping
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-forward technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
