Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen digital experiences
- Analyze global tech policy shifts and their strategic implications for our portfolio
- Establish partnerships with academic labs and startups pioneering 2026-era technologies
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging technology forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AGI development, quantum algorithms, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Experience building and managing $50M+ innovation budgets
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
