As a key member of our R&D division, you'll lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen solutions across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology integration. You'll shape our product vision while ensuring ethical scalability and commercial viability in an exponentially evolving market.
Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields (quantum AI, neural interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and patent opportunities
- Collaborate with VPs of Product to integrate innovations into commercial pipelines
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists and establish innovation KPIs
- Publish thought leadership in industry journals and conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI development, or synthetic biology
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for future technologies
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented tech innovations
