Responsibilities
- Map emerging tech trends (quantum, biotech, neuromorphic computing) for 2026 market adoption
- Design innovation frameworks integrating AI ethics and sustainable tech practices
- Lead 5-year R&D roadmaps with $50M+ annual investment allocation
- Collaborate with governments on future-proof regulatory strategies
- Mentor cross-functional teams in exponential technology implementation
- Present disruption scenarios to Fortune 500 enterprise partners
- Patent 3+ breakthrough technologies annually in AI or quantum domains
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in exponential technologies
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI or quantum systems
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures to $100M+ valuation
- Certified in Futures Thinking (CFP) and AI Ethics (CAIE)
- Experience with DARPA/IARPA grant programs
- Fluency in Mandarin/Japanese for APAC partnerships
- Portfolio of deployed AI/quantum solutions
