Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap with 15-year strategic horizons
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology integration
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies with potential to reshape industries by 2026
- Establish innovation partnerships with global research labs and academic institutions
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy for future technologies
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our Nexus Academy program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology with 10+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in developing technology roadmaps with 5+ year implementation horizons
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AGI, quantum computing, neurotech, and synthetic biology
- Published author or keynote speaker at global tech conferences (TED, Web Summit, etc.)
- Experience leading R&D teams of 50+ professionals across multiple disciplines
- Deep understanding of ethical implications and societal impact of future technologies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (CFP) or equivalent advanced credential
