As a key member of our Strategy & Innovation team, you'll collaborate with cross-disciplinary experts to identify disruptive opportunities, assess emerging technologies, and develop actionable insights that position us as industry leaders. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, possesses an insatiable curiosity about future tech trajectories, and can translate complex concepts into compelling narratives that drive organizational alignment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their potential impact on industry landscapes by 2026
- Develop future scenario models and strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on technology vision and priorities
- Produce high-impact research reports and thought leadership content on future tech trends
- Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, investments, and acquisition targets in emerging tech domains
- Advise executive leadership on technology strategy and innovation portfolio allocation
- Mentor junior team members in future-focused methodologies and strategic thinking
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting technology trends and translating insights into business strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, Web3, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations
- Experience developing scenario planning frameworks and strategic foresight methodologies
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published research or thought leadership on future technology topics
