Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology strategy roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and immersive technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen digital experiences
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, decentralized systems, neuro interfaces) for competitive advantage
- Collaborate with product teams to align technical innovations with market opportunities
- Present strategic visions to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven insights
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor junior technologists in future-focused skill development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching innovative products with measurable market impact
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI ethics, AR/VR, blockchain)
- MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation journals
- Experience securing $1M+ R&D budgets for experimental projects
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystems
