- Lead cross-functional squads to prototype and validate next-gen digital products in simulated future environments
- Develop patent-pending innovation frameworks combining human-centric design with exponential tech capabilities
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing labs and neurotech research institutions
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and board members with data-driven risk assessments
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers using design sprints and horizon-scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Future Studies with 10+ years in tech innovation
- Proven track record of launching exponential technologies at scale (3+ successful implementations)
- Deep expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, and generative AI ethics
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) and advanced scenario planning methodologies
