Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Physics, Systems Engineering, or Futurology (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in foresight modeling
- Published research on quantum machine learning or climate tech
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and simulation frameworks
- Track record of scaling startups from concept to IPO
- Security clearance for government-contracted projects
