Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps for emerging domains (AI ethics, quantum applications, neural interfaces)
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen human-computer interaction systems
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation strategy with business objectives
- Identify and secure partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present future-vision frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor cross-functional teams on emerging technology adoption
- Author thought leadership on technological convergence trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of scaling innovative projects from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published research or patents in future technologies preferred
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
