Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 5-year implementation plan
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum AI, neural interfaces, and climate tech
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, biocomputing, decentralized networks) for commercial viability
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-generation autonomous systems
- Drive innovation sprints with MIT Media Lab and Stanford AI departments
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record of scaling technology from concept to market leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, and sustainable tech
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals (2018-2023)
- Experience with Fortune 100 technology roadmapping and governance
- Deep understanding of Web3, metaverse, and decentralized infrastructure
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TFM) or equivalent
