Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential by 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Partner with C-suite executives to align 2026 technology adoption with business objectives
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global tech forums
- Manage cross-functional teams prototyping next-gen solutions in our Innovation Accelerator
- Conduct competitive analysis of future-focused technology ecosystems
- Advose on ethical frameworks for advanced autonomous systems and neural interfaces
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and exponential technologies
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and technology forecasting
- Strong network with DARPA, MIT Media Lab, or equivalent innovation hubs
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., from University of Houston
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
