Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-adjacent industries including decentralized finance and neuromorphic computing
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping sessions with NASA, MIT, and DARPA partners
- Develop predictive models for AI ethics frameworks in post-quantum ecosystems
- Coordinate global hackathons solving 2026-relevant challenges like climate modeling and space colonization
- Author thought leadership publications in Nature Technology and IEEE journals
- Mentor PhD candidates through our 'Future Fellows' accelerator program
- Secure $10M+ in R&D grants for emerging technology initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Neuroengineering, or equivalent emerging field
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, or ACM) with >100 citations
- Experience leading projects with >$5M budgets across 3+ continents
- Deep expertise in at least two of: post-quantum cryptography, brain-computer interfaces, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (2+ exits or patents)
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Security clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI for government collaborations
