- Mentor a specialized team of futurists and R&D engineers
- Drive patent portfolios for next-gen intellectual property
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years' experience
- Proven track record in deploying AI/ML systems at enterprise scale
- Deep expertise in quantum computing architectures or neuromorphic engineering
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Experience with technology foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum SDKs
- Certification in Technology Innovation Management (TIM) preferred
